This domain parking service works best with keyword domains, those where there is an obvious keyword or keywords to choose. On such domains, the RPM of ParkingDots equaled the RPM of DomainSponsor, our top rated service. So, while a diversified portfolio might achieve the $40 RPM reported above, a solid portfolio of keyword domains can easily achieve an RPM of $80 or more. ParkingDots targets "solid" portfolios, so their monetization techniques are most effective on high quality domains with lots of traffic - which is why they remain committed to manual optimizations. However, they plan to release a template selection in 2006 that will enable domainers to customize the look-n-feel of their domains without PD assistance. This will enhance but not replace PD manual customizations. ParkingDots needs improvement in their stats. When you attempt to get results over a period of time for your portfolio, you get back a spreadsheet which includes a separate line for each day of results for each domain.
